If you’ve been looking for inspo for a trendy birthday photoshoot, ~look no further~ because Cailey’s session was vibrant, trendy, and full of personality, AKA the perfect way to celebrate a milestone birthday. We leaned into bold colors and playful details. The result? A gallery that feels fun, stylish, and so Cailey.
I first met Cailey during sorority rush back when I was a freshman in college, and photographing her now was such a full-circle experience. We actually shot these photos in my old apartment! I was super lucky to have so much space and the perfect location to do this shoot. Thankfully I have lots of the same here at my apartment in Dallas!
The details of this session made it truly unique. From the vibrant hot pink outfit to the shimmering backdrop, everything screamed birthday glam. And let’s talk about that cake—a vintage-inspired masterpiece in orange and pink, topped with tiny disco balls. It perfectly tied together the fun, retro vibe of the shoot and added that extra “wow” factor for her Virgo celebration. Every element reflected Cailey’s energy and style, which made capturing these moments even more special. Her shoot made me want one of my own, which I still need to do!!!
What I love most about milestone sessions like this is how they allow my clients to fully express themselves. Whether it’s a bold outfit, a quirky pose, or a sentimental detail, these photos are a way to remember not just the day, but exactly who you are at this point in life.
