Dreamy Grad Photos | Texas State University

Some photo sessions just click right away, and Gina’s dreamy grad session at Texas State was definitely one of them. From the moment we met, it felt like we had known each other forever. You know those people who just have the most fun, easygoing energy? That’s Gina.

We shot at all the iconic Texas State grad photo spots, from the famous Alkek Library stairs to classic Old Main, and of course, we had to pop some champagne to finish out the session. The weather was perfect (which any Texas photographer knows is never a guarantee), and Gina absolutely glowed in every single shot. Seriously. You can really see just how gorgeous she is in every single photo, hence the title being dreamy grad session.

Her friend Carly tagged along for the session, too. I absolutely love when clients bring friends because it makes my clients more comfortable and we usually end up laughing nonstop the whole time. Plus!!!! I got to photograph Carly’s grad photos a couple of semesters later (stay tuned for that blog post 👀). There’s something so special about getting to celebrate milestones like this with incredible people and then reconnecting down the road for more big moments :’)
